Instance view reports an instance to be running after it just has been stopped

1. have an ec2 cloud (I used deltacloud 0.3.0 - but I think this is same on 0.2.0) 2. launch an instance 3. when instance is running, go to Instance view and stop it Currently: when job which stopped instance finishes, instance still seems to be running + instance view is resorted even when it is not set to be sorted by any column. When i refresh deltacloud UI right after instance has been stoped, it reports it actually is stopped. Expected:When Instance gets stopped in instance view reports correct state + instances stay in same order if no ordering is set
