VPE JUnits fail because of different style values for different XULRunner versions

There are 6-8 JUnits that do not fail with XULRunner 1.9.1 and fail with XULRunner 1.9.2. The reason of these failures is different order of CSS vaule parameters, like [red none repeat scroll 0% 0%] in XULRunner 1.9.1, and [none repeat scroll 0% 0% red] with XULRunner 1.9.2.
