      Steps:
      1. Add new seam runtime (Preferences -> Jboss Tools -> Web -> Seam -> Add)
      2. Add seam runtime
      3. Edit and change seam runtime name, OK
      ERROR: Seam runtime path is changed to new seam runtime name
