Description

have installed JBDS version(Version: 4.0.0.CR1, Build id: v20110116-1048-H515-CR1) tried to open jsp page and obtained exception, nsIWebBrowser not available.
another steps to reproduce this issue:
#1 close any instances of VPE;
#2 open welcome screen(Help -> Welcome)
#3 close JBDS
#4 open JBDS(Welcome screen will be showed)
#5 try to open VPE - FAIL
