Instance element in the view's tree doesn't show the given name, which is annoying

I find it very annoying that if I make 3 instances, and give htem 3 unique names, the view does not tell me what their names are. And so, I am single-handedly making this change because it is driving me crazy

Patch is a small change to InstanceItem's getName() method to include the given name.
