image View: has exception while it is being created if you have invalid cloud connection selected on startup

1) create an invalid cloud connection (invalid url, credentials, etc.) 2) select it in the combox for the image view 3) restart Deltacloud client Result: Image View has no widgets, displays an Exception Expected result: Image View shows widgets (combo, table, etc.) and is empty.
