STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Run JBoss Tools.
2. Open any .html file in the VPE.
3. Set VPE Selection Bar to be shown ("Toggle Selection Bar" button).
4. Restart Tools.
RESULT:
The "Toggle Selection Bar" button is pressed, but the Selection Bar itself is not shown (see screenshot-2.png).
