By adding "GWT" Configuration in "Configuration" combo in the Dynamic Web Project Wizard, all required facets would get enabled by default:

• GWT
• Dynamic Web Project
• Java

So instead of clicking and reading messages about what is missing there would be an option to select GWT in Configuration combo to get all three selected at once.
