That should be rejected because plugin is expecting zip files with examples to be inside jar'ed bundle. It was not an issue.

I don't know exactly which plugin this jira is refering to
but there is org.jboss.tools.gwt.core_1.0.0.v20100907-1048-H14-M2 which I guess this jira is about
there are some sample-hello zip files but plugin is installed compressed --> reopened
