NPE error when create a correlation

      when click the '+' button to add a correlation, you will get the NPE error
      java.lang.NullPointerException
      at org.eclipse.bpel.model.util.ReconciliationHelper.updateCorrelationSetNameReferences(ReconciliationHelper.java:401)
