EXECUTE:
1. Open the file with the <h:form> tag
2. In the Visual view try to highlight the border for <h:form> tag
FAILURE: the border for <h:form> can NOT be highlighted in the Visual view

EXECUTE:
3. Click on the <h:form> in the Source view
RIGHT RESULT: the border for <h:form> is highlighted
