ConnectTimeoutException when run JUnit Tests with poor internet connection

      When I run Junit and have poor Internet connection I have got ConnectTimeoutException.
      The test was testAjaxListener. Test page was https://svn.jboss.org/repos/jbosstools/trunk/jsf/tests/org.jboss.tools.jsf.vpe.ajax4jsf.test/resources/ajax4jsfTests/WebContent/pages/components/ajaxListener.xhtml
