Missing XML delimiter, see screenshot
Howto reproduce:
1. Have Hibernate Configuration
2. Open it on Security tab
3. Security -> New -> Grant...
4. Fill in "Add Grant" dialog
5. Click on Source tab and see generated xml file and see end security tag
