JBoss AS Adapter deploys java classes right into web root instead of WEB-INF/classes folder

      org.jboss.ide.eclipse.as plugins from SVN repository
      wtp-all-in-one-sdk-R-2.0-200706260303-win32.zip

      1. Create Dynamic web Project (Dynamic Web Module - 2.4, Java - 5.0);
      2. Create Java class in src folder;
      3. Create JBoss AS Adapter for version 4.2.0;
      4. Deploy created project on cretaed server through Publish menu;
      5. Unpack war file from deploy directory, Test.class file is right in the WEB-ROOT folder instead of WEB-INF/classes
