Visual Editor should use predefined commands for swithcing between sub-tabs: Alt+PageDown/PageUp instead of catching Ctrl+PageUp/PadeDown

      There are two Navigation command for switching between sub-tabs in editors (see attached screen-shot)

      Visual Editor should use default behavior for all sub-tabs instead of creating new one conflicting with OS key combinations
