Ant based Seam-gen projects does not get completion for built-in/standard components

      The issue is that the resources for the tlds etc. are not always on the classpath so the workaround is to add them.

      As discussed in http://community.jboss.org/thread/146141?tstart=0 it seems that with the new code completion which is albeit more precise than before because it picks up tld's etc. from the classpath runs into trouble when we have existing projects (such as seam-gen generated ones) which don't have these resources on the classpath because they until now only need them at runtime.

      We need to find an answer to that somehow.
