When i'm modifying a project's build path and see an ESB runtime classpath entry which doesn't exist, I go to edit that and am brought to a screen with all possible ESB runtimes.

If my workspace has none, this page is useless and I must close out the wizard, then the project preferences, then load up workspace preferences, find esb runtimes page, then add a new esb runtime.

That;'s a lot of work. This page should bring me directly to the esb runtimes if I need it
