Add "Add" button to the VPE templates for unknown tags preferences page.

    • Documentation (Ref Guide, User Guide, etc.)

      "Add" button should be added to existed "Edit" and "Remove" buttons.
      Now it's possible to add new template for unknown tags only via VPE context menu.
      Having all three buttons on the one page is very convenient.
      Also "Global EL Expressions" preferences page has such a behavior.
