      Add openOn action for name param for h:outputStylesheet, h:outputScript jsf 2.0, h:graphicImage tags from source and visual part (see JBIDE-5638).

      UPDATED:
      The support is added for the files which are placed in /WebContent/resources . But there is no support for .jar files and i18n.
