      1. Set up a build for BPEL: http://hudson.qa.jboss.com/hudson/view/DevStudio/job/jbosstools-cbi-bpel/
      2. Run BPEL tests independent of uberbuilder and common tests.
      3. Integrate BPEL back into uberbuilder as externally built project (a la pi4soa, jbpm3/4)
