Border is gone for selected element

According to changes in selection mechanizm (see https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBIDE-1546) we paint a border is style attribute of selected element in VPE.
1) Insert this part of code on a page
<table border="10px" style="border-color:red">
<tr>First row</tr>
<tr>Second row</tr>
</table>
ASSERT: You should see a table with a border like on screenshot-1
2) Select table on a source or visual pane
ASSERT: Border shouldn't disappear
ASSERT FAILED: Border disappeared (screenshot-1).
