DND doesn't work for some components under XULRunner 1.9

      In this issue I'll list the components that should support DND, but the don't support it at all. List will be filled in future.

      1) h:commandButton
      2) h:inputText doesn't support DND if the source tag is split, for example:
      <h:inputText value="one">
      </h:inputText> this test case attaches to XULRunner 1.8, too.
