completion in xhtml should not require namespace to match on tag

      if I type <commandBut and then perform code completion I get nothing, even though that a match is possible for <a4j:commandButton

      I think we should add such matches as something to show after direct matches.

      i.e. <inpu actually exists as html <input>, but also suggest <h:input> etc. (but as a lower priority than the exact match)
