Remake dialogs in VPE

    • Documentation (Ref Guide, User Guide, etc.)

      Now page design options dialog generated using vpe.meta file, if we want separate vpe from model, we should reimplement this to standart eclipse dialogs.
      One of results such work that file trunk/vpe/plugins/org.jboss.tools.vpe/resources/meta/vpe.meta should be removed.
