JBoss Tools doesn't undeploy projects when server is stopped.

      When we undeploy projects (JBoss Server View/Add and Remove Projects) and the server is stopped, JBoss Tools doesn't remove the project from deploy directory (.plugins/org.jboss.ide.eclipse.as.core/
