Add some actions to add "Map" / "Resource List" root element.

    • Documentation (Ref Guide, User Guide, etc.)

      If user select the root element and right-click , they can use "Delete" or "Cut" action to delete it.
      But there are now action to add root elements( 'Resource List' and 'Map').
