Properties changes of ConsoleConfiguration in Properties view should call change of ConsoleConfiguration.

      To test:
      open properties view
      select existing console configuration(in console configurations view)
      change cc name in properties view to '@'
      observe that name changed back
      change name to New<name>
      observe that name changed and cc renamed in console configurations view
