When deploying (new) module (Degug as -> Debug On Server), wizard show information dialog asking to switch
mode. Apparently isn't aware that server is already in debug mode. In any case it suggest 'Switch mode (will
restart if necessary)', but this always restarts the server. One can avoid this bug by choosing 'Continue in the
current mode' instead.
