Ear projects (both seam 1 and 2) seem to create a <earproject>/<earproject>/src folder with messages_en.properties inside.

that is a regression afaik. the ear project never should contain that properties file and neither should it be nested in a folder with that name.

We need to restore the behavior to what it was before.
