Page Design Options dialog doesn't show fully under displays with dimension 1280x800

      Page design options dialog doesn't show fully when we call it on displays with 1280x800 dimensions under gnome. It' very inconvenient. Looks like buttons Ok and Cancel doesn't created for dialog.
