      Description of problem:

      Wildfly versions > 30 not detected by jboss tools.

      Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

      Windows 10, eclipse 2023-09, java 17

      Steps to Reproduce

       open eclipse -> window -> preferences -> JBoss tools -> JBoss runtime detection

      Actual results:

      {}

      Expected results:

            JBossTools is no longer under active development. There does exist an `RSP Servers View` through which you can achieve similar functionality.
