New Hive environment requires awscli. Agents used for cluster provisioning jobs don't have this cli tool installed and thus cannot be used for the jobs until we add awscli.

Currently the awscli is accessible on infinibox01-rdu2-nfs.storage.eng.rdu2.redhat.com:/dev-platform-jenkins network drive. Only thing left to do is to create symlink to the awscli binary.
