      Support of newer facets missing: eg.: jakarta 10, ejb 4.0

      since : Eclipse Version: 2023-06 (4.28.0)

      reproduce:

      jbossTools  Wildfly 28.0.1, tried to add a EAR with a facet org.eclipse.wst.common.project.facet.core.xml

      <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
      <faceted-project>
        <fixed facet="jst.ear"/>
        <installed facet="jst.ear" version="10.0"/>
      </faceted-project>

      -> result:   The server does not support version 10.0 of the J2EE Enterprise application specification.
