Support of newer facets missing: eg.: jakarta 10, ejb 4.0

reproduce:

jbossTools  Wildfly 28.0.1, tried to add a EAR with a facet org.eclipse.wst.common.project.facet.core.xml

-> result:   The server does not support version 10.0 of the J2EE Enterprise application specification.
