Codebase clean up integration tests of the OpenShift tooling

We have a lot of unused and out of date implementations in the codebase for integration tests of the jbosstools-openshift repo. Please do a cleanup for these parts of code that we do not use anymore due to any reason. it regard itests and test-framework part.

We could also consider removing CDK and CRC based itests/test-framrwork part.
