Cannot find the declaration of element 'faces-config'.

      1. Download wf-27-quickstarts from: https://github.com/wildfly/quickstart/archive/27.0.0.Final.zip
      2. Start eclipse and install JBT from: https://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/photon/staging/updates/ -> restart JBT
      3. File -> Open project from file system -> select temperature-converter project from step 1 folder -> Finish
      4. Wait for import -> open "Problems" tab -> Error (See screenshot)

      If there is no errors:

      1.  After step 4. -> open file src/main/webapp/WEB-INF/faces-config.xml
      2. Error appears

      Some weird behavior:

      Close editor for faces-config.xml -> error disappears (sometimes)

    Description

      Improted quickstart project "temperature-converter" has an error in problems view.

      cvc-elt.1.a: Cannot find the declaration of element 'faces-config'.    faces-config.xml    /temperature-converter/src/main/webapp/WEB-INF    line 20    Language Servers

      Project can be deployed on server w/o problems.
