"Qute" project links shows only after restart

      1. Import qute-quickstart from https://github.com/quarkusio/quarkus-quickstarts 

      2. Open "src/main/java/org.acme.qute/HelloResource.java" -> there must be "Open ..." above "@Inject"
      3. Restart Eclipse IDE -> open file from step 2 -> link shows up

      The link also doesn't show up in the connected .html file until the IDE restart.
