Allow listing and working with existing projects on the cluster via odo based openshift tooling

I would love to see some option how to work with existing projects on the OCP/cluster. For now, I can only create and delete the project, but then there is no way to set existing project/namespace for actual connection. Even though odo itself allows to set existing namespace using "./odo set namespace projectName". I believe that this option already exists on vscode side.
