Jakarta CDI interceptors not recognized

Description of problem:

After migrating an application from Java EE to Jakarta EE, Eclipse shows errors saying "X is not an interceptor class" in beans.xml, even though the classes are correctly formed interceptors.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Jakarta EE 10 application with a CDI 4.0 interceptor in it.

Actual results:

There is an error about the interceptor not being an interceptor class.

Expected results:

There should not be an error, since the class is an interceptor.
