Unexpected excessively log output

Description of problem:

After TP update (09 Dec) output was increased many times.
124MB yesterday and 13GB today (reduced test suite, with all itests will be around 100GB and more).

Error is caused by "download runtimes" (see screenshot_1)
output while the download process:

Steps to Reproduce

1. git clone https://github.com/olkornii/jbosstools-server/tree/License_problem_look_test
2. go to /jbosstools-server/as/itests/org.jboss.tools.as.ui.bot.itests/
3. mvn clean install -PITests -Pdownload-jbt

Actual results:

Around 1.5GB of text output for 1 server download process

Expected results:

Output DOES NOT contains "org.apache.hc.client5.http.wire" logging.
