Description of problem:

Crc runtime detection in preferences is not working. Throws an error: Unable to initialize some runtime paths.
All runtime detectors failed to initialize null

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Eclipse 2022-12 M2 JEE, JBT 4.26.0.AM1, CRC 2.10.2

Steps to Reproduce

1. download crc and set it up (have ~/.crc folder filled with correct content, crc setup command is called)
2. Open Eclipse + JBT, Open Preferences and go to JBoss Runtime Detection
3. Add ~/.crc path
4. Click search

Actual results:

Searching for runtimes dialog is shown with one record for crc, but empty values (this is where the bug is). accepting such record will result in error.

Expected results:

New runtime is added to the servers view.
