Installing of JBoss Tools (and fuse tooling) into eclipse apperas as unsigned and user needs to trust the unknown origin

Installing a JBT from [1] into eclipse 2022-09 R (jee) requires the user to trust the unsigned content of unknown origin. It would be nice if we can provide at least issuer of the bits so that the user know what is he trusting to.
