Cannot connect to eclipse local process in jmx view

Steps to reproduce ->
1. Open jmx view
2. Open local processes list
3. Try to connect to eclipse process

Noticed that this happens only with the Eclipse process that the jmx view is running on. When tried to start another eclipse instance, connection could be made to it.
