XSD catalog entries for jboss-web_12_1.xsd have wrong schema location

"jboss-web_12_1.xsd" and newer versions introduce a change to the schema location: "http://www.jboss.org/schema/jbossas/jboss-web_12_1.xsd".

"jboss-web-14_1.xsd" switched to HTTPS locations, but without new version number.

Before, it was e.g. "https://www.jboss.org/j2ee/schema/jboss-web_12_0.xsd".

But the XSD catalog entries still map to XSD files using the old schema location scheme, see attached screenshot.

It is probably nice to have the "old style" schema locations also in the catalog, but for completeness, the new URLs should be added, too.
