EAP 7.4 jdk 11 image streams not found when loading up these resources on OCP 4.x

      I am trying to "deploy" eap 7.4 image streams and templates to the OCP 4.10 as described in [1] and I am hitting Not Found error.

Error from server (NotFound): imagestreams.image.openshift.io "jboss-eap74-openjdk11-openshift" not found
