Spring 4 features

1. The list of Spring 4 features:
   https://github.com/spring-projects/sts4/wiki/Installation
   there are 7 features, but from central installs only 4 (see screenshot). Why installs the only 4?
2. Previously we had 4 test cases for Spring:

1. 1. SpringIDE plugin can be installed without errors
   2. Spring perspective is available and can be opened
   3. All Spring IDE related views can be opened
   4. Spring Getting Started project can be created
      As I know, Spring 4 has no perspective and some related views are deprecated. Which views should be available in STS 4? Search cannot find any Spring related views.

I can see 4 installed features in Help -> About Eclipse -> Installation Details -> Installed Software and 0 in "Features" tab. If it is ok and Spring 4 has no related views, than we will deprecate 3. test case as well.
