Server starts with error and can not be restarted/stopped

      Install JBT -> "Restart now" -> open servers tab -> create EAP 7.4 server -> start -> see errors (screenshots) -> restart IDE -> no errors anymore

      Server starts with error until restart IDE. Stop/restart does not work until restart IDE.
