      download https://github.com/wildfly/quickstart -> open eclipse -> install jbt -> create server (ex. wf26) -> start server -> import helloworld-html5 project from quickstarts -> Run on server -> select wf26 -> everything works fine -> stop server -> right click on project -> maven -> update -> run server -> deployed project does not works. (click on button makes nothing)

      Same result if helloworld-html5 project is updated before first deploy. Also tested with helloworld-ssl.

      Force module install before maven update project: open wf overview (double click on server) -> uncheck "Use default pattern" -> enter "\.class$" -> save and run server -> open HelloService.java -> add some character into return string -> save -> nothing happens. (expected redeploy)

    Description

      Related to helloworld wildfly/eap projects.

      Cannot test "Force module restart" because of that.

      eclipse.buildId=4.23.0.I20220308-0310
      java.version=11.0.13 (same for java 17)
