The actions run xdclet and run package (right-click on project folder) are not available after checking out a new project or closing then opening a project.

I can easily reproduce the error. I simply close and open a project and run xdoclet and run package (right-click or project menu) are not available.

Work around: Close and restart eclipse and the run xdoclet and run package option are again available.

Not a show stopper but it is annoying.
