Can not install JBoss AS, Wildfly & EAP Server Tools

      Install Eclipse 2021-09 "Enterprise Java and Web developers"

      Help -> Install new Software

      Add update site http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/photon/stable/updates/

      Select "JBoss AS, Wildfly & EAP Server Tools" (got version  3.9.200.v20210921-1316)

      I have a fresh Eclipse 2021-09 "Enterprise Java and Web developers" installation and try to install "JBoss AS, Wildfly & EAP Server Tools".

      During the installation, I get the following error message.
