Implement Goto from application.properties to Quarkus library source file

Pressing F3 on a property defined by a Quarkus library/extension should switch to the Quarkus library/extension source file where the property is defined

This requires LSP4E extension point for mapping jdt: URLs to IResource and a few LSP4E patches
